Limitless Leaders is the annual gathering for Youth and Children’s ministry leaders, a residential conference which has three values that underpin what we do – practical equipping, spirit-filled ministry and like-minded community.

We are, in 2025, excited to announce that there are two key changes for Limitless Leaders:

1. NEW VENUE

We are pumped that for 2025, we are going to be moving to Whitemore Lakes. Located in south Staffordshire, Whitemore Lakes provides the ideal backdrop for fun, adventure and comfort. Featuring a stunning 40-acre lake on site, easily accessible from major train stations and airports and the space to be able to do some adrenaline fuelled activities – we are excited about the move to this new venue for 2025.

With this new venue as well, there is the option of a residential stay on site with all food included, or the option of getting a non-residential ticket, which gets you access to the duration of the conference, 2 meals a day, but you can stay in one of the local hotels if you so wish to do so.

2. MOVING TO THE WEEKEND

Historically, Limitless Leaders has been a mid-week conference, which whilst it has been great, has meant that many of the key volunteer leaders of our youth and children’s ministries have been unable to join us due to work commitments. So, we have moved Limitless Leaders 2025 to a weekend (24-26 January). Starting on Friday evening and going through until Sunday afternoon, there will be the same quality programme that we have always had at Limitless Leaders, but now much more accessible to youth and children’s workers who are volunteering in their roles and could also open it up to key team members of teams that leaders want to bring along.

We will continue to have fantastic keynote speakers and bespoke seminar streams to help equip you in your youth and children’s ministry practice. Not to mention powerful times of worship and ministry, social activities, the opportunity to eat meals together in community and the space to meet with other like-minded leaders from across the UK.

Limitless Leaders is open to ALL youth and children’s workers – from any church, denomination, stream or organisation. You will be made to feel so welcome.
