Evangelism Culture

What is evangelism Culture?

Evangelism can feel intimidating, but it doesn’t have to be! We want to partner with church leaders to develop a culture of evangelism in their church that reaches their local community.

The Evangelism Culture programme is designed to support local churches in developing their evangelism vision and strategy through equipping ministers and leadership teams with the tools and resources they need.

The programme delivers on three key areas:

Leaders strategy

We help you join the dots between community engagement and personal evangelism by implementing a proven journey based approach.

Church training

We have resources and courses that will equip everyone in your church to share their faith with their friends, family, and community.

Evangelistic events

We will help you create events unbelievers are happy to come along to and your church are happy to invite them to.

How can we help your church to be more effective in evangelism?

Collective calling

Evangelism isn’t meant to be the passion of a few - it’s the shared calling of the whole church. When we build healthy evangelism cultures, we create environments where confidence grows, faith becomes visible, and people naturally talk about Jesus in their everyday lives.

What can you expect as a church

When a church embraces this kind of culture, the results are profound: people grow in courage, disciples deepen in maturity, guests feel genuinely welcomed, and the church becomes a place where testimonies of new life are normal.

Culture of healthy evangelism

Healthy cultures don’t pressure people; they empower them. They celebrate small steps, normalise compassionate conversation, and help believers see evangelism not as an event, but a lifestyle shaped by the Spirit.

Church united in mission

Creating a healthy evangelism culture is ultimately about aligning the whole church with the mission of Jesus - so that reaching people isn’t something we occasionally do, but something we all joyfully live.

Boot camp

Equip your church members to confidently share their faith with sensitivity and clarity.

A YouGov poll revealed that 22% of UK Christians struggle when it comes to sharing their faith, and that many churches do not teach people how to share their faith.

Boot Camp teaches in such a way that people are inspired in their evangelism, feeling that they are able to do it well. We’ve even seen people recommit their lives to Christ because a new spark has been set alight in them.

Even the most experienced people doing evangelism are guaranteed to learn something as the Boot Camp is about practically equipping people. Communication underpins this course, as it’s not just about what we say when it comes to evangelism, but how we say it.

Boot Camp looks at how we can better share gospel in today’s culture. It looks at how we can tell our story in a way that engages. It looks at how we can better answer people’s questions and finishes with how we can help a person say the Big Yes to God.
