Equipping children's workers to impact an emerging generation

As One Movement we are generations. Children are the church of both today and tomorrow. We believe God is stirring a renewing and children are part of his plan. To enable this, we are passionate about raising up our children’s workers across the country.

Our children’s ministry leaders play a crucial role in facilitating the spiritual development of our children, reaching into communities and encouraging each child to discover their God-given potential.

This is the second year we are running the children’s workers stream at the Elim Leaders Summit. It is a fantastic opportunity to connect, equip, encourage and inspire those with a heart to see God move amongst our children.

The sessions will be fun, interactive and engaging – including a mix of practical tools, fresh perspectives and inspirational teaching.
