Elim's National, Regional and Core Ministry Leaders

The Elim Pentecostal Church is governed by the Conference, a body comprised of every Elim Minister and a member from each Elim church. The Conference meets once a year to discuss practical matters as part of the Elim Leaders Summit.
Elim is led by the General Superintendent and the National Leadership Team, which includes our regional leaders. These leaders are elected from among members of the Conference. In addition to the National Leadership Team, our core ministries are led by various department leaders.
Mark was appointed as the General Superintendent of the Elim Pentecostal Churches in May 2024 and is the Apostolic Lead at Rediscover Church in Exeter.
Steve has been a member of the National Leadership Team since December 2018 and is the Regional Leader of the Wales and SW Midlands & Southern regions.
Stuart has been a member of the National Leadership Team since 2006 and was appointed Director of Ministry in 2016.
Duncan has been a member of the National Leadership Team since 2014 and is the Senior Pastor of Coventry Elim Church.
Malcolm joined the National Leadership Team in May 2026. He is the Senior Minister at Kensington Temple.
James has been a member of the National Leadership Team since 2020 and is the Regional Leader for Scotland and the North Midlands & North West regions.
Paul has been a member of the National Leadership Team since 2018 and is the Regional Leader of the Midlands and North East regions.
Carl joined the National Leadership Team in May 2026 and is the Lead Pastor at Letchworth Garden City Church.
Ross joined the National Leadership Team in May 2026 and is the Irish Superintendent.
John joined the National Leadership Team in May 2026. He is the Senior Pastor at Discover Living Waters Church, Chorley and Chair of the Ministerial Ethics & Conduct Board.
Michelle has been a member of the National Leadership Team since 2022 and is the Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Regents Theological College.
Sarah joined the National Leadership Team in May 2026 and is the National Leader of Elim Prayer.
Anita joined the National Leadership Team in May 2026 and is the Lead Pastor of Elim Church Loughborough.
Kojo has been a member of the National Leadership Team since 2022 and is the Senior Pastor of Elim Church International, Stevenage.
Elim's core ministries are key to the function of Elim across the nation.
Tim Alford is the National Director of Limitless - the national youth ministry of the Elim Pentecostal Church. He is a passionate communicator of the gospel, having spoken at churches, conferences, schools and events worldwide.
Sam is a Worship Leader, musician and songwriter, based in West London. Sam currently serves as both the Worship Pastor of a large, vibrant multi-ethnic Elim church, in Ealing, and as National Director of Elim Sound.
Marty is the Elim International Missions Director. Working alongside our partners, churches and missionaries, Elim Missions is committed to stand with Elim Churches that send and support the empowered missionary, surrendered to the Holy Spirit.
Mark is passionate about helping the local church to build an evangelism culture that works and loves changing the perception that those outside the church have about Christianity.
Mark is passionate about seeing guys of all ages firing on all cylinders in all aspects of life especially in their Christian faith. He leades MPOWER, our National Men’s Ministry and encourages men to be authentic in their relationships with Christ, in life and the church.
Leanne's passion is to equip, encourage and enable women to rise up in their giftings and callings. Aspire is Elim's national women's ministry that cares and connects with women to encourage them to be all that God has called them to be and to equip them to fulfil His purposes.
Michelle has extensive public and private leadership experience, along with a wealth of pastoral and ministry experience.
Nigel is committed to developing and training prospective chaplains, providing them with the necessary confidence and competence skills they need to see them deployed as chaplains in the community.
She is committed to seeing people released into all God has for them. She loves to go on adventures and is passionate about seeing God's Kingdom being more and more a reality here on earth.

The central hub of Elim's operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland is found in Malvern. The Elim International Centre incorporates the Elim International Office, the administration centre of Elim.
Situated in Malvern, deep in the Malvern Hills, the Elim International Centre is set in 34 acres of woodland. The site houses the Elim International Office, Elim Conference Centre and Regents Theological College.
