ADVANCE national leaders days announced

Elim's National Leadership Team are inviting Elim leaders and ministers to join them at one of a series of ADVANCE national leaders days as Elim calls every Elim leader and church to advance into fresh mission.

At the start of a new decade, Elim is calling it's leaders and churches to advance together in fresh mission, extending our influence and impact, reaching out into our communities and beyond.

Explaining about the season Elim is entering into, Chris Cartwright, Elim's General Superintendent, said, “We are committed to beginning this next decade with a call to a fresh wave of outreach and mission into every community and culture throughout the United Kingdom and beyond.”

“Over the last few years, Elim has established four strategic priorities and our focus is to see these commitments flourish. As one movement, our mission is to see Elim growing and planting healthy churches, developing existing and additional leaders, making discipleship a priority and reaching nations.”

This new outreach focus will be launched under the banner of ADVANCE, springboarding Elim churches and congregations into fresh mission. ADVANCE will challenge Elim leaders and ministers to consider what are the next steps that are required to advance mission and outreach through their local church. Also, they will be encouraged to plan how they can help other churches and leaders advance in their journey into accelerated and radical mission.

Bring your church leadership team to the Elim Leaders Summit

The momentum of ADVANCE will continue regionally with further development at the Elim Leaders Summit held 12-14 May 2020 and Elim churches are encouraged to invite their whole leadership team to attend this year's Summit in Harrogate.

The Summit is not just an event for Elim ministers. It draws together Elim's church leaders and their spouses, along with our missionaries, chaplains, church planters; youth and children’s leaders; prayer and worship leaders; finance and administration; media and creative leaders; men’s and women’s ministry leaders; small group leaders; church volunteers, emerging leaders, business leaders and more!

As the Summit continues to grow, an increasing number of churches, regardless of their size, are bringing their broad range of volunteers, staff and bi-vocational leaders to this important annual gathering. They set this as a priority and intentionally come together to the Summit as Elim collectively advances together as one movement on one mission.

Invite your whole leadership team to join you by showing them the ELS2020 promotional video which is also available on our Summit website. Then, however you choose to cover the costs, you just need one person to make your group booking before the early bird discounts ends on 29 February 2020.
