MPower's regional men's conference unites men from across the North West and Midlands for an inspiring day of faith and friendship.
It was a day marked by honesty, encouragement, and deep connection. Men from across the North West and Midlands gathered at Telford Elim for the region's first-ever MPower Men's Conference—an event focused on tackling real-life issues men face today, together and authentically.
Right from the start, attendees experienced an atmosphere of genuine brotherhood, engaging worship, and heartfelt conversations. One participant shared, “Just being in the presence of brotherhood, coupled with God’s divine presence, was so encouraging. The setting was perfect, and the speakers delivered in a way that really connected.”
Central to the day were powerful testimonies, particularly Simon's story, which deeply resonated with many in attendance. Another attendee explained, “Simon’s testimony hit home for me—it was so similar to my own. It was uplifting, peaceful, and motivating.”
The practical and relatable teaching provided attendees with meaningful takeaways they could apply directly to their daily lives. One was encouraged by this approach, saying, “Mark’s teaching was so ‘normal’ and real. It made me feel seen and understood.”
For some, the conference was a first step into faith-based community. Men attending their very first gathering found themselves warmly welcomed and profoundly impacted. “I didn’t know what to expect,” shared one newcomer. “But it was an amazing experience being around godly men.”
