The Elim Leaders Summit is an opportunity for leaders and teams to step away from the demands of everyday ministry and take time to refocus, learn, and connect. From 12–14 May 2026, we’ll gather at the Harrogate Convention Centre for three days designed to strengthen your leadership and renew your vision.

What to Expect

The summit brings together ministers, leadership teams, and emerging leaders for:

• Main sessions with teaching and worship that inspire and encourage
• Practical leadership tracks to help you lead effectively in your context
• A resource exhibition offering tools and connections for ministry
   

What's new for 2026?

This year, we’re introducing three afternoon leadership streams to provide focused development for different areas of ministry:

• Young Leaders (18–25s) — Build leadership foundations, ask big questions, and discover how God can use your life right now. Expect to hear practical wisdom and inspiring stories.
   
• Limitless Kids — Lead kids’ ministry with creativity and passion, shaping the next generation of disciples. Explore how to communicate big truths in simple ways, create irresistible environments for kids, support families and raise up young followers of Jesus who will change the world.
   
• Elders — Be refreshed, inspired and equipped for the vital role of spiritual oversight in your church. Elders don’t just support the church - they help shape it for generations to come.

Other sessions and seminars will be available, with details announced in the coming months.

• £165 per delegate (1–5 tickets) - save £10 per person
• £144 per delegate for groups of 6+ from the same church - save £31 per person
