Elim Sound School of Worship 2026

Equipping worship leaders, singers and musicians to serve their church with confidence

Are you actively involved in the worship life of your church and hungry to grow? The Elim Sound School of Worship is a 12 month journey that will accelerate your development, deepen your walk with God and help you serve your local church with greater confidence and creativity.

Delivered in partnership with the Elim Training Academy, the School of Worship combines three key elements: residential workshops, one to one coaching and interactive webinars. Together they create a rich, practical environment where worship leaders, singers and musicians can grow in both character and gifting.

Across the year you will take part in three residential workshops in Malvern and London. Each one focuses on a core area of worship ministry:

Creative leadership and worship leading
Rekindle your vision as a worship leader and explore how to lead both your team and congregation with creativity, wisdom and care.

Musicianship and band dynamics
Develop your skills as a singer or musician and learn how to play your part within a team, crafting a full and unified sound.

Songwriting and prophetic worship
Grow in writing songs for personal and corporate worship while learning to listen for the voice of God for both individuals and your church community.

In between the residentials, you will receive three one to one coaching sessions (45 minutes each) with a member of the Elim Sound team, along with three live webinars that include teaching and Q&A. You will also receive a School of Worship resource pack to support your learning throughout the year.

The School of Worship is led by Sam Blake, together with the Elim Sound core team. It is designed for those who are already serving as part of a local church worship team. A reference from your pastor or worship leader is required, and you will need access to an internet connected device for webinars and coaching. Webinars are recorded so you can catch up later if you cannot join live.

The cost of the School can be spread over the year in 12 monthly payments of £59, or paid in full at £708. This includes accommodation and food at the three residential workshops, as well as all coaching and webinar sessions.
