Biography

BENALMADENA, SPAIN

We came to Spain in 1990 with our 3 children and the Lord called us as a family to serve Him. They all continue to serve as He has called them to. Two are serving with us in Benalmadena and our eldest is serving with her husband pastoring here in the south.

Whilst we were co-workers in a Spanish church here in Spain, the Lord called us to reach a people group, the English speaking people here, not excluding the Spanish. Over some years this led us with Jesus to establish and pastor an Elim Church in the town of Benalmadena on the southern coast of Spain, working in both English & Spanish. We also have the privilege of serving as the President and Secretary of the Elim movement here in Spain where we have churches in the north and south.

We are both Elim UK ordained ministers serving our Lord Jesus Christ bringing the truth of the gospel to as many people as we can using every means available to us in the 21st century. Therefore we use the media of Radio, TV, the Internet and of course personal contact including weekly street work.

Our hearts desire and focus for more than 20 years has been to live Matt 28:18-20. To make disciples who make disciples who......

The commission Jesus gave to us all, is our foundation for our lives and the church fellowship.

Teaching has always been a passion - To bring God´s word in a way people can understand with the power of the Holy Spirit transforming lives. We have established accredited bible training in English & Spanish. Presently, here in the south we have 3 groups, 2 in English & 1 in Spanish.

We have established training programs leading to ordination and were filled with joy to have the first five nationally trained ministers ordained here in Spain.

Part of our vision is to plant at least one Elim church in every province in Spain. Here Howard and I are praying and working to establish a church in the town of Coin where we have a very small group that meets with us there once a week.

We also work with other Christian groups, supporting, training and encouraging where possible to build His Kingdom in this land. The Lord led us to establish the Hallelujah Festival, a yearly event to bring together as many as will come united in praise and worship in both languages and in many different styles.

All of this has been made possible by the Lord opening doors in this historically dark and difficult place for the gospel. ALL THE GLORY GOES TO HIM
